All prices advertised for our caravan hire do not include the refundable security deposit of £100. This deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of your departure.
We reserve the right to withhold all or a portion of this bond to cover any damages incurred during your stay.
All damages must be reported to us as soon as possible.
All monies must be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay. If these payments are not made, we reserve the right to re-advertise your booking and retain the deposit along with any other monies that have already been paid.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your stay, any monies paid may be returned excluding your deposit, provided that 6 weeks’ notice is given. If 6 weeks' notice is not provided, we reserve the right to withhold all monies towards your stay (excluding extenuating circumstances).
If your booking occurs less than 6 weeks before your stay, the full balance of the holiday, including the care & consideration bond, is due upon booking and is non-refundable upon cancellation.
There will be a £20 admin fee if keys are lost or not returned to the key safe upon departure.
At Unity Beach, having Entertainment Passes during your stay is optional, not a requirement. These passes cost: Off Peak: £7 per day per child and £10 per day per adult; Peak (School Holidays): £8 per day per child and £11 per day per adult. These passes must be purchased by us on your behalf and will be left in the caravan for you upon arrival. Please indicate at the time of booking if they are required, as Unity will sell them to us on a first come, first served basis.
The passes allow access to RJ’s for entertainment and discounts at Splash Waterpark, Brean Play, and the Funfair – please ask at reception for further information.
There is plenty of entertainment throughout Brean, so these passes are not a necessity.
Details of all guests must be provided and should be added to the booking form, including the lead hirer's full name, age, gender, full address, mobile number, car make, model, and registration number. For all other guests in the party, please provide full names, ages, and gender of each guest.
No persons other than those listed on the booking form are permitted to stay in the accommodation.
All rules of the site must be followed, and these can be provided upon request.
Electric vehicles should not be charged using the caravan electrics; there are electric vehicle chargers located outside the onsite supermarket. Ignoring this rule will result in the withholding of the refundable security deposit to cover excessive electric usage.
