The security deposit wil be refunded within 48 hours of your departure providing the inspection is satisfactory
These have to be organised prior to arrival. We will purchase them for you subject to additional costs and they will be left in the caravan for your arrival.
If the passes are purchased as part of your booking you get:
Entry to Rjs, the main entertainment venue(subject to available space)
Entry to the lido after 1pm. (subject to available space)
Half price indoor swimming
Half price soft play.
If they are purchased as part of the booking this has to be for the full party
If passes are not purchased when booking the holiday they can purchase day passes for £15 per person from the main reception
This gives the following:

Entry to the lido after 1pm (subject to available space)
Yes, you are allowed to bring 2 small dogs with you, we have an enclosed garden for your furry friends to run around, please ensure that you pick up all mess and that they do not sleep on the beds
Currently we are only able to accept bank transfers.
Yes, an initial deposit is required at time of booking. The remainder can then be spread as you see fit as long as it is fully paid 6 weeks prior to your stay begins.
Any bookings made with less than 6 weeks until your arrival need to be paid for in full at the time the booking is made.
The passes cost:
£8 per day for a child and £11 per day for an adult during school holiday time
and
£7 per day for a child and £10 per day for an adult.
